Job Brief
- We currently seek an experienced individual with a history of successful performance to create and implement communication strategies that further our goals, drive sales, promote our brand, interact with the public and establish productive relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Responsible for promoting brand development.
- Responsible for marketing and promoting products and services.
- Ensures new telemarketing initiatives are followed through.
- Responsible for ensuring services are communicated to potential clients and the general public in the Health industry.
- Providing concierge-like services, working in a call center.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all interactions with clients
- Extensive knowledge of using online call center phone and tracking system.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with at least 5 years relevant work experience.
- Experience as a call center agent preferably within the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of telemedicine
- Marketing, Sales, IT, and Business Savvy.
- Interactive marketing and sales experience.
