- Liaise and consult clients to handle their travel and tour needs.
- Hand client reservation and ticketing services.
- Manage grow business relations and client portfolio.
- Ensure client is satisfied with services provided at all times.
- Follow up with client orders and inquiries.
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or related field.
- 3 - 5 years as a Ticketing & Reservation officer in an air travel and tour company
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Good command of English and report writing skills
