Job Details
The successful candidate will be stationed in the Lagos office, must reside on the Island and oversee all aspects of Hyride Business Development as well as perform the following key activities:
- Broker, close new business deals, identify and exploit cross selling opportunities for Hyride
- Maintain existing client relationships relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients on behalf of Hyride
- Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
- Develop business proposals for new and existing customers
- Prepare and agree strategic marketing targets and track the expenses against the budget
- Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
Key Performance Indicators
The Business Development Officer will be appraised by the following parameters:
- Volume of new business
- Value of new business
- Number of customer complaints
- Customer satisfaction rating.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Social Sciences (Post Graduate Degree is an added advantage)
- 3 - 5 years working experience in a similar role.
- Ideal candidate is techy, detailed, result oriented, resourceful, proactive, and is well-experienced in Business Development.
- Candidate must be a team player, should possess the ability to work under pressure, grow together with the company.
Salary
N60,000 - N120,000 monthly.
