PURPOSE OF THE JOB

 To produce crude degummed neutralized soya oil through automated process.

THE JOB

• Monitor and operate the equipment used for the production of crude degummed neutralized soya oil.


• Ensure preparation and proper dosage of phosphoric acid, caustic soda, and other materials for degumming in a safe manner.


• Ensure adequate receipt of Crude Soya oil from the Tank Farm into the system and ensure constant supply of same.


• Ensure all operating parameters are recorded and optimized for consistent quality of CDNSO.


• Ensure prompt monitoring of chemical reactions to avoid oil loss.


• Prepare and submit reports of production.


• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements in the assigned work process.


• Report problems with regard to the FSMS to the food safety Team/Leader or any other person specified via appropriate identification within the factory.

 THE PERSON MUST

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Have strong analytical and problem- solving skills.


• Pay keen attention to details.

QUALIFICATION

• NABTEB/ Trade Test


• 5 O’ Level Credits including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar
