CALL FOR TENDER

GHIV AFRICA (GLOBAL Village Healthcare Initiative for Africa), is implementing the project Provision of life saving nutrition assistance to reduce morbidity and mortality associated with Acute Malnutrition among children under 5 years and pregnant & lactating women (PLW) in Nganzai LGA, Borno State”under NHF funding is inviting suppliers to submit offers for batch for the following description for the supply of tom brown mixture.

The tender will be conducted using GHIV AFRICA standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents in English may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at GHIV AFRICA office at No. 5 Mana Road off Damboa Road, Maiduguri Borno State 

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the GHIV AFRICA website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

All bids must be submitted before on 30/11/2022 at 4:30 PM at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at eortaver@ghiv.org.ng Late Bids will be automatically rejected. 

     

GHIV AFRICA will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to GHIV AFRICA

A tender opening session will take place on 30/11/2022 at 4:40 PM at GHIV AFRICA office No. 5 Mana Road off Damboa Road, Maiduguri Borno State.The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
