The Role



  • We need an experienced Sales Senior Specialist who will create, maintain, and expand relationships with sales partners across different geographies, channels, or markets to generate and grow revenue for the Unimech Health Care Products.


Job Description



  • Independently identify and utilize resources (including analysis of market data and trends) to develop sales plans/strategies to identify, contact and create relationships with new leads.

  • Determine appropriate strategies to develop the relationship with potential clients through the application process.

  • Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.

  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.

  • Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.

  • Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.

  • Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.

  • Promptly submitting customers' purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.

  • Prepare market analysis and market intelligence gathering to develop plans and strategies to locate and develop potential clients

  • Develop and track KPIs to capture and measure product performance and carry out

  • quarterly audits of product portfolios to identify low-performing products and build interventions to improve their performance.

  • Works closely with the Marketing department to develop and implement innovative approaches and creative campaigns to generate leads for the Unimech Health Care products

  • Drive aggressive goals to expand revenue base and accelerate growth.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset and good leadership skills, in addition to:



  • A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Business or any related discipline.

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience in the Health Sector.

  • Demonstrated success in territory sales growth in current and new markets.

  • Proven ability to represent a sales brand with the utmost level of professionalism and integrity.

  • Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills.

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation skills.

  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

  • Ability to network with and maintain relationships with diverse sets of people.

  • Strong organizational skills.
