Job Description

• Educate Merchants on the benefits of our Services


• Assist customers in the sign-up and registration process


• Handle customers' questions or complaints.


• Work with the store merchants and in-store customer representatives, to achieve high sales


• Report Client feedback to the head of the accounts on daily basis to improve the experience for the customers.


• Approve sales on the merchant backend


• Any other roles as to be communicated from time to time.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO with 0 - 3 years work experience.
