Responsibilities
- Post vacancy to attract quality staff
- Employ staff based on the company’s requirements to fill new positions
- Schedule interview
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates
- Prepare interview questions
- Prepare job descriptions for every job add and position communication and follow-up with prospective candidates give accurate information regarding the job placement any other assignment that might be given by the management.
Requirements:
The candidate must have good communication skill
- Marketing and sales skill
- Good in the use of modern technologies
- Must have an IT background and vast in social media usage
The ideal candidate should
- have at least 3years post NYSC work experience as a Talent Recruiter
- Must have at least B,sc/HND in social sciences
