Job Description

• To oversee the operations of PoP outlets within specified areas


• To ensure that financial targets are met and that all aspects of the store are running smoothly at all times


• Recruit, Coach, counsel, discipline and train Sales Consultants in-line with agreed policies, processes and procedures.


• Onboard and monitor the integration of new Sales Consultant


• Develop Marketing/ Customer Acquisition Strategy for new PoPs as well as old ones that are not meeting the target


• Resolve escalated customer complaints, issues and questions timeously.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.

Salary

N100,000 - N120,000 / month.
