Job Description

• The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for implementing quality assurance policies for PSM, monitoring compliance by conducting inspections, investigating and identifying process issues, and reporting.

Service Assurance:

• Implementing quality assurance policies and procedures


• Regular review of service delivery for conformance with SLAs


• Ensuring that reports due for submission to clients are submitted as at when due


• Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed


• Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors


• Identifying and resolving workflow issues.

Compliance Monitoring:

• Performing routine inspections and quality tests


• Ensure operational compliance to all laid down policies of the company


• Drive conformance to QMS ISO9001:2015 standards for PS operations; document control, SOP compliance and report collation.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with at least 3 years work experience.
