  • Coordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedule

  • Meet with site supervisors to identify and resolve issues

  • Submit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards

  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information

  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution

  • Periodically report the status of the project to internal stakeholders

  • Promptly escalate project activities/tasks that are behind

  • Manage materials and labour costs to ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines

  • Review bids from subcontractors to ensure they are reasonable in price and scope of work offered

  • Prepare progress reports for clients on a regular basis throughout the duration of the project

  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget

  • Manage customer satisfaction within project transition period

  • Conduct post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the CEO.


Qulaifications / Skills



  • BSc / HND in Architecture and any other related field.

  • 3 years working experience in related field

  • Vast knowledge ininterior designs

  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies

  • Good reporting skills and strong negotiation skills

  • Budget and scheduling project management experience

  • Excellent understanding of building process, materials, detailing and sustainable systems

  • Ability to assist in writing specifications, and drawing up schedules for required projects

  • Proficient in SketchUp, Revit, Archicad, 3D Max, Illustrator, AutoCAD or other design programs, e.g., Photoshop, Indesign, Ms Suites.
