Purpose of the role:


The learning and development associate will be responsible for supporting the lead on all aspects of the training business to achieve the set revenue target. 


Main Responsibilities:




  • Participate in strategy sessions to formulate strategies and action plans. 




  • Engage prospective clients on the company’s learning and development courses/programs.




  • Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and managing communication with training stakeholders (vendors, facilitators, etc).




  • Co-ordinate open courses, webinars, and all training programs and events




  • Engage in performance management  objectives & key result-setting and execution




  • Collate, interpret and maintain relevant data to determine training effectiveness; techniques, participants' feedback, etc.




  • Assist in the development of training content, calendar, and programs. 




  • Handle all administrative activities pertaining to the learning and development business.




  • Conduct  post-training evaluation, preparation of training reports, and submission to relevant stakeholders 




  • Prepare training facility, including  maintenance and other related administrative responsibilities




Required Experience and Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, arts, or any related field.




  • 2-4years experience post-NYSC




  • Thorough understanding of contemporary learning & development operations and business procedures.




  • Excellent verbal and written communication.




  • Robust desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills.




  • Energetic, determined, detailed, and highly capable disposition.




  • Excellent data management and analytical skills




  • Excellent Microsoft suite skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.




  • Professional HR membership (will be an advantage)
