Job Description
Responsibilities
- Close new business deals by coordinating and negotiating contracts with prospects
- Prospect and market company’s product to new customers
- Develop plans to expand the client base through direct sale technique, cold calling and business-business marketing technique
- Recommend and execute promotional activities including product launches and marketing campaigns
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop company’s unique selling propositions.
Requirements
- Must have Bsc/BA or HND
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant post NYSC work experience
- A real estate experience is an added advantage
- Experience in marketing is an added advantage
- Great knowledge of the real estate sector
- Available to resume within a short period.
