Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising and improving production in the Company


• Responsible for drawing up safety protocols


• Ensuring quality work is done in an efficient manner


• Should be able to diagnose problems in the production line and recommend solutions


• Establish safety procedures and protocols that take the staff well-being into consideration

Education and Experience

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or other related field.


• Between the ages of 28 - 40 years


• Should have a good understanding of MS Office applications


• Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations in the industry


• Minimum of four years’ experience in the engineering field.

Key Competencies:

• Ability to liaise with other engineers to develop plans that will improve production.


• Should be able to diagnose problems in the production line and recommend solutions


• Establish safety procedures and protocols that take the staff well-being into consideration


• Good attention to details and great organizational skills


• Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
