We are looking for an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office.
You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, managing inventories, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office duties. In addition to this applicants should be computer literate with proficiency in the use of microsoft office tools
Responsibilities
Assistant to the product/sales department
Recording information as needed
Updating sales record, maintaining documents
Helping organize and maintain office
Performing general office duties
Maintaining supply inventory and inventory reports
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years work experience.
Computer Literate Proficient in MS office tools (Word & Excel).
Candidate must be a female residing in Isheri Oshun and it immediate environs.
Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
