Responsibilities

• Monitoring all loans and ensuring repayments are made on due dates.


• Following up on all debtors to ensure recoveries through calls, demand notices or any other appropriate means.


• Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors


• Ensuring collection of outstanding payments from customers


• Resolving disputes with customers, ensuring that concerns are resolved correctly.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification.


• 0 - 2 years work experience.


• Must have good communication and listening skills.


• Must be fluent in English Language and any other indigenous language.


• Must have experience as a loan collection officer.
  
  Must have Andriod phone.

Salary

N50,000 - N75,000 monthly basic plus performance bonus.
