Job Description

Do you have a passion to see the Church participating in God's mission to restore the whole of creation, seeking to serve and encourage flourishing people and thriving communities? Are you passionate about young people and the role they can play in influencing the church and society?

We are looking for an administrative assistant to join Tearfund's Theology and Network Engagement Team. You will be working with a global team, providing administrative and project assistance, and supporting relationship management. You will also assist Tearfund's theological training and development as necessary, and gain exposure in this area of work.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• is organised and relational, and able to work in a dynamic environment


• has experience working cross-culturally and with people at all levels of an organisation


• will provide a calm, confident, and welcoming contact person for the team

Tearfund is a faith based organisation and applicants must share our statement of faith.
