JOB SUMMARY

An advertising and Digital Marketing Agency seek to hire a qualified Accountant who will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconcilation, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, he must have good attitude to work, strong interpersonal and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers account management matters


• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs 


• Prepaare tax documents


• Disburse cash to vendors/other employees after verifying requests and approval


• Compile and analyze financial statements


• Manage budgeting and forecasting.


• Review and implement financial policies


• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports


• Compile with federal, state and local financial legal requirments by studying exisiting and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising managaement on needed actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field


• Proven work experience of at least 3 years in the same field


• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals


• Ability to manage confidential data


• Knowledge of financial regulations


• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint) etc 


• Experience using  accounting softwares

Salary : 170K - 180K (net)
