A multinational FMCG beverage company is looking to hire an experienced Factory Human Resources Supervisor for its business operations in Lagos.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition at the factory


• Manage the HR budget of the factory


• Manage payroll including salaries, allowances and other compensation of factory staff


• Oversee employee policies as they relate to the people and processes in the factory


• Oversee onboarding and induction of new joiners


• Regulatory compliance in the areas of licenses, documentation, government paperwork, etc. required for factory operations


• Support in the area of office administration and management


• Administer performance management systems and policies


• Take charge of grievance handling and conflict management


• Ensure employee safety through the implementation of various HSE policies and procedures


• Oversee Corporate Social Responsibilities activities of the organization, especially in the surrounding community

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or similar courses


• Professional certification in HR is an added advantage e.g. CIPMN


• 4+ years’ experience in similar position (preferably from a beverage FMCG company)


• Experience with interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation


• Previous experience managing factory employees


• Proven experience developing and implementing organizational change and improvements


• Excellent people-management skills


• Outstanding leadership ability
