Infytel Communications Limited is a leading ICT company in Nigeria that wishes to employ a professional Business Development manager to head the Business Development Teams to achieve the organisational goals.

The ideal candidate is expected to have vast knowledge in various ICT Solutions, social medias, and the requisit ideas of the market.

• Communication, plannimng, reporting, multitask, and negotiation skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organise and manage the business development unit


• Plan, cordinate and implemet the market/sales strategies


• Constantly engage with customers, and distribute task accordingly within the BDs to achieve the organisation goals.


• Educate the BDs on the need to meet and achieve their individual targets and goals


• Advise the management on any motivational plan for the unit


• Constantly provide update to the managemnet on the progress of the unit


• Initiate training when necessary to boast their capabilities.


• Any other assignment that might be given by the management,

Requirements:

• 6 - 8years work experience as a Busines Development Manager from an ICT baground


• Must have at least B.Sc computer or Engineering background 


• Professional certificate in marketing is an added advantage.
