- Carry out administrative duties within the Finance department such as filing, copying, binding, and scanning of documents
- Maintain inventory records
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
- Record account payables and account receivables
- Review expenditure list against cash advance as well as transactional invoices and receipts submitted by employees
- Ensure that payments from clients are properly recorded and accounted for daily
- Balance Cash register and generate reports for credit and debit
- Keep accurate records of all transactions and generate periodic reports
- Adhere strictly to the company’s financial policies/procedures
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting
- 2 - 4 years work experience.
- Hands-on experience on the job or a similar job role is required
Requisite Skills / Experience:
- Book keeping and accounting skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite (particularly excel) or related software
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
