Job Description
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to improve processes in the center so as to increase sales and generate revenue
- Design and promote good customer management culture to encourage repeat patronage and referrals
- Implement organisational policies as approved by the management and ensure compliance on the part of staffs
- Ensure all staffs are punctual and perform optimally on all assigned duties
- Oversee the operations and business activities in the centre and ensure seamless work process
- Elicit collaboration amongst all employees and departments in order to achieve work goals and overall business goals
- Work closely with the marketing team to expand our customer and maintain a competitive edge amid our competitors
- Prepare situation reports (SITREP) for the Operations Manager periodically.
Requirements
- Applicant should possess at least a BSc / HND in an applicable field.
- Previous Experience in Operations Management or a similar role within the healthcare sector will be a huge advantage.
- At least 2 years work experience in operations management or a similar role.
Skills & Abilities:
- Efficient in ensuring tasks are completed within specified timeframes
- Proactive and result oriented
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Computer literacy, specifically MS package.
- Excellent managerial skills.
