- To formulate a brand plan and propose various marketing strategies in accordance with the corporate policy for the hospital brand.
- Implementing marketing strategies that meet overall organizational goals
- To plan various activities as per the phase-wise marketing strategic plans.
- To execute the various activities planned as per the phase-wise Marketing plans, for example, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Programs, Life – Style Management Programs Etc.
- Assessing strategic partnership opportunities for marketing initiatives
- Overseeing the marketing department’s individual projects
- Liaising between the marketing department and upper leadership
- Managing relationships with the media and the wider community
- Creating a communication plan to be used across all marketing and PR
- Evaluating the effectiveness of old marketing programs and the viability of new ones
- To carry out research activity related to the marketing plan evolved.
- To explore newer geographical areas and new markets, for customer targets for the hospital.
- To explore new product feasibility for a business plan.
- To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop a sound marketing plan.
- A monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management
- A weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.
Qualifications
The successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Obtain a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any medical field of study or in the sciences
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar capacity within the industry or pharmaceuticals
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Able to stay calm and work well under pressure
- Ability to deliver clear reports on weekly and monthly sales and marketing activities.
