Job Responsibilities:

• Develop the structure of the business’s marketing department.


• Plan and direct marketing budgets in line with organizational goals.


• Adequate message distribution across targeted channels and audiences.


• Oversee a company’s overall advertising and sales strategy.


• Drive revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing activities.


• Develop the structure of the business’s marketing department.


• Negotiate advertising contracts.


• Approve marketing campaign ideas.


• Coordinate marketing efforts with the company’s financial and branding goals.


• Seek out new ways to improve sales.

Job Requirements:

• BSc in marketing, business administration, mathematics or its equivalent.


• An advanced degree in marketing or business (MBA) is an added advantage.


• Three to five years of experience in a leadership role.


• 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales.
