Job Description
Key Objectives / Duties:
- Responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating the activities of the mobilization team to drive deposit mobilization.
- Source appropriately priced and structured deposit liabilities for the company from retail and institutional sources.
- Cultivate new HNI clientele on an on-going basis.
- Meet assigned sales targets and quota
- Cultivate and maintain courteous and efficient relationship with HNI clients.
- Timely response to feedback and other customer related issues or requests.
- Participate in creating new and better marketing based on field experience.
- Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products and marketing strategies based on field experience.
- Manage wealth for HNI customers
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance or any related field
- Knowledge of banking, accounting, finance and tax
- At least, 5 years of experience in a bank or a financial / treasury sector as a liability generation officer
- Presentation and Negotiation skills
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
