Job Description

• Project Manager (Trainee) is responsible for handling the company's ongoing projects while working closely with the Project Manager and site supervisors to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Work with the Project Manager and site supervisors to identify and resolve issues


• Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards


• Submit status reports with relevant information to the Project Manager


• Assist the Project Manager to establish effective project communication plans


• Periodically report the status of the project to internal stakeholders


• Promptly escalate project activities/tasks that are behind

Skills / Qualifications

• B.Architecture in a recognised Nigerian institution with at least 1 year work experience.


• Ability to understandbuilding process, materials, detailing and sustainable systems


• Proficient in SketchUp, Revit, Archicad, 3D Max, Illustrator, AutoCAD or other design programs, e.g., Photoshop, Indesign, Ms Suites.


• Ability to assist in writing specifications, and drawing up schedules for required projects


• Quick learner


• Good analytical / critical thinking skills.
