JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Answering all incoming phone calls on the official lines of the company.

  • Reply to emails and give responses on all social media platforms.

  • Help and assist customers and prospects with complaints and questions via calls, email and social media.

  • Give customers and prospects detailed information about the products.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 

  • Assist in any capacity required in relating with the company’s clients and prospects.

  • Meet sales targets by following up on leads and closing deals.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Minimum of HND/BSC in any field.

  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a Customer Care Representative.

  • Experience as a sales person is vital.

  • Professional certification is an added advantage.
