Job Description

• You shall be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the self-propelled motor grader.


• You shall perform either rough or fine grade finishing, precisely spreading and mixing materials in order to dry and prep roads, construct road surface to precise grade specifications, lay cold mix,


• and / or shave and rip out old road surfaces, direct ground crew to achieve grading goals.


• You shall be responsible for maintaining work area by removing excess material from job site.


• You shall be responsible be inspecting equipment for defects and repairing machines as needed.


• You shall operate a motor grader to move soil, gravel, or other materials to create smooth surfaces on the mining site.


• You shall maintain orderliness, cleanliness and safety at job-site.


• You shall comply with all safety rules and regulations.


• You shall perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification


• A valid drivers licence is mandatory.


• A minimum of three (3) years' experience in the operation of grader.
