Review business practices and policies of all business and operational areas and minimize litigation risk.
Ensure compliance with all relevant acts, government policies and procedures, corporate policies and procedures, and contractual obligations; using a compliance calendar
Ensure staff compliance to Hyde policies
Maintain effective internal control system in relation to adherence to company policies and processes
Ensure adoption and compliance with good corporate governance practices
Qualification
A university degree (minimum of a second class lower)
Minimum of 6years’ experience with experience in regulatory affairs
