Job Summary



  • Our client needs a candidate who will be responsible for developing new sales channels for the company products.


Responsibilities



  • Generate leads and drive new business development within the assigned sector, responsible for the process from prospecting to customer satisfaction.

  • Convert leads to active & regular continuous business by understanding the customer’s requirement and maximizing business with each customer.

  • Identify and prospect relevant B2B stakeholders (business owners, procurement managers, etc.)

  • Maintain a strong pipeline and customer relationships, ensuring the division can consistently generate new leads.

  • Follow up with customers after sales; ensuring quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and repeat purchase.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Business Development Manager, BD Officer or Marketing Consultant.

  • Previous experience in B2B business within several sectors.

  • Proven experience or relationship in any of these industries: aviation, banking, oil & gas, hospitality, and religious bodies.

  • Strong networking skills and the ability to persuade clients and close sales.

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
