Objective



  • The Business Manager is responsible for growing the company’s business sales numbers whilst overseeing the business operations on a daily basis. The Business Manager reports directly to the CEO. He/She works closely with the Founder/CEO to ensure maximum performance of the brand whilst utilizing resources in the most productive way.


Job Description



  • Develop and implement marketing & advertising initiatives to drive sales for the company.

  • Develop, grow and manage a portfolio of Sellers that will consistently supply sustainable stock of high-end declutter from their Wardrobes and Stores.

  • Implement growth strategies to grow monthly sales numbers on our website and social media platforms.

  • Drive online brand awareness and offline door-to-door marketing activities in line with revenue goals.

  • Monitor & Manage the operations of all departments/teams; logistics, sales, quality control, photography, and accounts in accordance with overall company goals.

  • Monitor and ensure the company meets all daily and monthly sales targets in line with the company’s annual sales revenue.

  • Maintain a database of all Sellers and Customers to keep them nurtured via email and SMS communication channels.

  • Organize successful pop-up shops, and online and offline events to drive sales.

  • Deliver and surpass customer satisfaction and retention for all Sellers, Vendors, and Customers.

  • Monitor sales & quality control teams, and spearhead strategies to ensure they exceed customer expectations.

  • Monitor and ensure timely response to Customer and Seller DM’s, Emails, Calls, and other communication channels.

  • Organize monthly internal training to coach employees and maximize their capabilities.

  • Oversee all company transactions, and ensure all vendors are paid on time and rejected goods are returned quickly.

  • Ensure the image of the brand is maintained and consistently improved upon.

  • Display ethical leadership always, update the team on business performance, and encourage/motivate the team.

  • Prepare timely and accurate weekly reports on the company’s performance.

  • Recruit staff and maintain a retainer culture to keep the best hands in the business.

  • Delegate responsibilities to staff members in order to promote their growth and capabilities.


Professional Requirements / Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

  • At least five (5) years of experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, and strategies.

  • Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise/fashion business.

  • Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully.

  • Demonstrated experience in ethical leadership.

  • Applicants must reside within the Lekki Axis.

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
