- To handle and effectively engage all mortgage inquiries/queries directed to the Home Loans Unit.
- To solve mortgage product options appropriately in line with identified customer needs.
- To manage the home loan Pre- and Post-approval processes, ensuring each stage is dealt with within the agreed SLA.
- To monitor market trends and customer insights required for product enhancement or new product development. Ensure timely and proper reporting on assigned tasks.
- The job holder will be tasked with working directly with the Head, Home Loans to achieve growth goals in line with the business unit’s risk asset growth strategy.
Qualifications
- First Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Experience in Customer Support, Risk Asset Growth delivery, and Knowledge of the Home loan solution and basic processes would be an added advantage.
