Responsibilities



  • Scheduling visits and site meetings

  • Enable and maintain communication communication between project team members and stakeholders

  • Deal with queries, complaints and request information

  • Office management and general clerical duties

  • Maintaining and updating information and site records.


Requirements



  • Candidates should have a First Degree in either Building or any relevant Degree

  • General office administration

  • Computer Literacy

  • Organizational Skills

  • Good problem solving and negotiation skills

  • Previous experience as a site administrator is an added advantage.
