Job Purpose

• The loan officer is responsible for providing operational assistance on the state’s loan portfolio

Job Responsibilities

• Calling and following up with state defaulters


• Working with the CM and SC to ensure that borrower’s do not default


• Support agents on issues related to loans


• Work with recovery officers, CMs and SCs on recoveries

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 5 years experience.


• Proven work experience in debt recovery role


• Proven work experience in customer service


• Knowledge of most effective phone recovery techniques


• Driven and result oriented


• Able to communicate in English and Pidgin
