- We are searching for exceptional Country Manager for our business in Nigeria who will oversee the operations, develop the business and increase profitability whilst ensuring increased market share and client satisfaction through operational excellence.
- Further, to take accountability for the growth of clients and thus Smollan through the provision of value adding retail solutions.
As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Operational Strategy and Tactical Plans within the Country
- Management of Operational Objectives
- Achievement of Profitability, Targets and Sustainability
- Financial Management and Budgeting
- Stakeholder Management and Client Engagement
REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- 8-10 years’ relevant experience, with at least 5 years’ experience as a senior resource within an FMCG organisation.
- Hold a completed relevant tertiary degree. Business/Sales qualification preferable.
- Demonstrable leadership ability
- In-depth knowledge of legal requirements relevant to the country
- Knowledge of labour legislation
- Broad understanding of local business operating models
- Financial acumen
