JOB DUTIES
- To ensure that only products that meet the company's quality standards are produced and delivered to customers.
- Organize the Food safety management System built-up of the company participate in the implementation of the duty and limits of authority in food safety and quality. make sure the standardized recipes are used in production.
QUALIFICATION
- OND/HND/BSC in Hospitality Management or any related Course
- 2-3 years’ experience as Quality Control in the same sector
- Good Knowledge of LIFO and FIFO
- Good Cooking Skills
Age: 25- 30 years
Salary: N70,000.
