Purpose of the Job

• The i-shop Supervisor will manage an i-shop (company owned retail outlets) prospects and customers to maximize customer acquisition and also help with customer retention.


• The incumbent will mentor a minimum of 2 ishop executives, be a strong advocate of the brand and a representative of the company.


• Provide leadership and guidance to the i-shop personnel and ensure strict adherence by all i-shop personnel’s to company policy.

• Graduate in a numerate, Business or Social Science related discipline.
