Job Description

• Supervise and manage daily case management activities, quality management activities as well as medical outreaches and programs


• Collate reports of medical audits and propose improvement plans-


• Co-ordinate and collate accreditation and re-accreditation reports for approval


• Co-ordinate and collate reports of claims reconciliation with providers and profer solutions


• Drive process for collection of LONI-


• Co-ordinate the Pharm Assist program/medical referral program to manage medical cost in line with standard medical practice


• Maintain high level relationship -with HCFs
