Job Description



  • Keep the front office tidy and presentable with all necessary materials, stationeries etc.

  • Welcome clients, answer enquiries and address complaints

  • Manage switchboard: Answer all incoming calls and reroute them or take messages

  • Liaisons: Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them

  • Handle outgoing deliveries by securing parcels, coordinating dispatch/ delivery etc.

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Keep updated visitor records and files

  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
