We are currently sourcing for an experienced quality control personnel, whose main perogative is to actively monitor our telemarketing department with the sole aim of improving, modifying and enhancing our product introduction and conversion techniques to potential customers.
Job Role
Monitor and listen to all outbound cold calls placed to customers.
Identify agents customer interaction mistakes and intiate corrective measures.
Filter out recurring customer responses to different cold calls techniques.
Report daily on all out bound calls, conversions and customer pattern.
Actively involved in the enhancement of telemarketing department.
Strategise and innvoate new methods of telemarketing to achieve desired results.
Job Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
Valuable experience as a quality control personnel.
Good telemarketing skills and adequate knowledge of cold calls script.
Good communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages
Team Player
