Job Responsibilities
Your specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining constant contact with vendors and freight forwarders while deliveries are on route
- Follow up with vendors to solve documentation and invoicing issues that could delay critical deliveries
- Unload, segregate, and inspect goods from supplies and vendors in terms of quantity and quality
- Check received items as stated by the warehouse team against the suppliers packing list
- Prepare necessary documentation required for defective and or damaged products in coordination with the finance team
- Ensure products received are kept in their respective stations
- Performing other duties as assigned by the line manager
