Job Responsibilities

Your specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining constant contact with vendors and freight forwarders while deliveries are on route


• Follow up with vendors to solve documentation and invoicing issues that could delay critical deliveries


• Unload, segregate, and inspect goods from supplies and vendors in terms of quantity and quality


• Check received items as stated by the warehouse team against the suppliers packing list


• Prepare necessary documentation required for defective and or damaged products in coordination with the finance team


• Ensure products received are kept in their respective stations


• Performing other duties as assigned by the line manager
