Role Description

• You will be responsible for the smooth functioning of all technical operations and will be a thought partner integral to charting Genti’s technological strategy.


• You will be responsible for leading the development team members and overseeing their performance.


• We are looking for someone who is excited by what we are building at Genti and wants to join us for this ride!

Responsibilities

• Develop technical aspects of Genti Media’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals


• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage


• Maintain Genti Audio app and other software through the product lifecycle including design, development, verification, and bug fixes.


• Supervise, manage, and upskill technical staff


• Supervise Genti’s system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency


• Build quality assurance, data protection, and security processes

Qualifications

• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.


• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.


• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills


• Excitement about what we are building at Genti


• Strong bias to execution is a must.


• Experience in a similar role is a plus


• University Degree in Computer science is a plus


• Working knowledge of Flutter and/or PHP (Laravel) is a plus
