Job Summary
- Management of the hospitality business facility and responsible for the profitability of the business, protecting its margins and achievement of its earnings objectives through maximizing income and optimization of operational costs.
- Preparation of the strategic plan for growth, identifying revenue streams and alternative strategies and business objectives, and ensuring the agreed goals are met and exceeded.
- Lead Marketing and Promotions to position the hospitality brand, as the premier Luxury and top-of-mind brand in the hospitality industry in Nigeria, and generate demand for the Company's hospitality services.
- Management of relationships with Customers, guests, residents, and all external and internal stakeholders and the provision of 5-star Services, with seamless and flawless execution, to all Patrons of Hospitality Services.
- Stay abreast of the latest innovations in Hospitality management, operations, and technology to improve organisational efficiency and take advantage of new opportunities.
- Ensure strict utilization of existing ERP and corporate systems and procedures for maintaining adequate records of the brand’s transactions and forbid transactions and records outside company systems.
- Be an excellent role model and provide leadership to the brand’s staff to promote staff development in a positive work environment.
Requisite Qualifications / Experience
- BA in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in hotel management at the General Management level in a 5-star hotel establishment.
Required Skills / Attributes:
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Sound understanding of hotel management, systems, and control.
- Strong sense of professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and tact.
- Good team player
- Good interpersonal, people management, and negotiating skills
