Key Responsibilities

• Handle and logs staff complaint on the helpdesk portal


• Works with the hardware and network team to ensure all complaints are treated in due time.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any Numerical field


• Knowledge of / Experience in programming applications


• 1-3 years’ experience in relevant positions


• Good Interpersonal skills and an ability to work independently


• Certifications would be an added advantage


• Ability to develop processes and ensure effective executions
