Responibilities
Complete guest check-in and check-out according to company standards
Administrative Duties:
Develop check-in manuals and processes
Incident resolution
Manage company’s listing accounts and booking calendar management
Agent, vendor and partner management
Day-to-day management of properties including periodic inspections
Supervise housekeeping and guest turnover services
Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Inspecting properties pre-guest check-in and post-guest checkout
Providing recommendations to guests for activities, restaurants, things to do etc
Develop and manage strategies to ensure apartments attain a minimum occupancy of 90%
Requirements
1- 3 years experience in property management, hospitality or similar experience
Effective communication and writing skills
Understanding of listing platform experience (AirBnB, Bookings.com etc)
Proven sales, negotiation and marketing skills
Attention to detail
Must live on the island
