Responibilities




  • Complete guest check-in and check-out according to company standards




  • Administrative Duties:




    • Develop check-in manuals and processes




    • Incident resolution




    • Manage company’s listing accounts and booking calendar management






  • Agent, vendor and partner management




  • Day-to-day management of properties including periodic inspections




  • Supervise housekeeping and guest turnover services




  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed




  • Inspecting properties pre-guest check-in and post-guest checkout




  • Providing recommendations to guests for activities, restaurants, things to do etc




  • Develop and manage strategies to ensure apartments attain a minimum occupancy of 90%




Requirements




  • 1- 3 years experience in property management, hospitality or similar experience




  • Effective communication and writing skills




  • Understanding of listing platform experience (AirBnB, Bookings.com etc)




  • Proven sales, negotiation and marketing skills




  • Attention to detail




  • Must live on the island
