  • Preparing bids and tenders.

  • Research producers and suppliers of Medical Equipment and contact them for supply.

  • Negotiate price and supply terms with suppliers/producers.

  • Research new medical devices in the market.

  • Develop premium specifications for company products under your portfolio.

  • Access market competition by comparing our company's products with that of our competitors.

  • Responsible for contacting credible partners for new products and ideas.

  • Understanding Customers' demands and responding appropriately.

  • Supervise the deployment and Installation of company products.

  • Follow up on clients' aftersales inquiries.

  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and designs.

  • Manage the request of Sales Managers, and respond promptly.

  • Any other task assigned by the Management or your head of the department.


Job Requirement



  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 3 years experience

  • Experience in packaging bids and tender documents is compulsory.

  • Knowledge of the principles surrounding bids packaging.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is compulsory as well.

  • Great online and offline research skills.

  • Great written & verbal communication skills.

  • Openness to learning and growing on the job.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Persuasiveness and resilience.

  • Sound negotiation & sales skills.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Top customer service skills.

  • The ability to drive (a car) is an advantage.
