Description of Job Duties
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends regional reach
- Work with aggregators to recruit and onboard viable agents for the region
- Work with Field officers to recruit and onboard viable agents for the region
- Oversee the sales team under your region to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily review meetings with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress daily
- Travel from time to time to different states and LGAs within the assigned region to drive expansion of the Freedom Network Agent network
- Ensure all agents on-boarded are branded with Freedom Network branding collateral
- Go for regular branding check for newly setup agents
- Ensure all agents on boarded do a minimum of 5 tx to become active (Ft and airtime)
- Ensure all agents on-boarded are doing a minimum of 3,000,000 monthly on the average
- Work with retention team to ensure agent activeness
- Visit agent locations from time to time
- Manage the field sales team for the region
- Run full KYC on every aggregator on-boarded. Home, office and guarantor
- Meet budget numbers for the month, quarter and year
Job Requirement and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years sales experience (in Agency Banking is a must)
- Must be based in North Eastern part of Nigeria.
- Must have Hausa as a native language
- Ability to travel at least 60% of the time
- A convincing communicator

- Responsible minded and Self driven
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales budget.
