Responsibilities
- Meet with stakeholders to determine brand objectives and strategies.
- Research markets and study the company’s brand
- Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
- Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
- Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs
- Prepare reports on brand performance
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements to achieve sales goals.
- Develop marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and profitability.
- Develop and carry out market activation plan
- Supervise daily operations of marketing team to achieve revenue target within the assigned area.
- Update marketing plan and strategies according to the changing business demands.
- Align with Area Sales Manager to plan and organize sales promotional activities.
Qualifications / Experience
- B.Sc / BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
- Interested candidates should have 4 years work experience
- Proven experience as an Area Marketing Manager or Brand Manager in FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data.
- Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines.
- Results-driven attitude.
- A creative mindset.
