Key Functions & Responsibilities



  • Sales - Funds & clients (investors & investees) mobilization.

  • Responsible for Relationship Management and forming strong relationships in order to develop a steady stream of investment opportunities.

  • Lead sales generation and subsequently win businesses.

  • Manage the image of the company - PR, Adverts, Articles, Publicity and Branding.

  • Support BS in the provision of customer care.

  • E-marketing.

  • Market intelligence-competition companies, products, environment, new products needs.

  • Office sales - Walk-in & Phone-in prospects.

  • Ability to create new business opportunities through various techniques and tools including calling, email campaigns, Social Media, Referrals, and Strategic Networking.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Scope and Accountabilities



  • E.g. Annual Budget (managed), contract management, CRM etc.

  • Reporting - daily call memo, daily prospects reporting, weekly activities reporting to Unit Head.

  • Prompt Response to inquiries - e-mails, letters, etc.

  • Annual Target.

  • Managing all prospects.

  • Managing all clients (investor and Investee).

  • Direct marketing - making a total of 60 calls inclusive of client visits daily.

  • CRM - Engaging Customers and adding value.


Educational Qualifications / Experience



  • B.Sc in relevant fields.

  • A Master's Degree would be an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience.


Competencies and Skills:



  • Tenacity.

  • Good Presentation skills (PowerPoint, branding).

  • Good Organisational skills.

  • Marketing skills – ability to identify and seal business opportunities.

  • Able to be Persuasive.

  • Broad education on service areas, company policies, and business strategy.

  • High standard of ethics, and integrity.

  • Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills.

  • Organisation.

  • Marketing skills - ability to identify and seal business opportunities.

  • Able to generate new business leads on a daily/weekly basis.

  • Financial services sales experience is desirable.
