Implementing customer demand fulfillment activities in a timely manner and improving and achieving customer satisfaction.
Provide good and fast service to customers in order to provide a good corporate image to customers.
Documenting every customer complaint in order to find a solution quickly, properly, safely, efficiently and effectively.
Implementing a sales administration system in accordance with applicable policies, systems and procedures.
Making reports accurately and on time according to the established Reporting System.
Achievement of sales targets according to the set targets
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
1 - 3 years experience as a sales representative with an FMCG firm.
Having a valid car driving license is key.
FMCG experience in open market /modern trade is key.
